Thanks Peter. You can post the following message on icefi for me: Hedge Accounts I remember some time ago (Maybe 1997/98) there was a discussion on this board regarding brokers who will allow hedging accounts where the credit from a short position is allowed to offset the debit on a corresponding long position for the purpose of calculating interest charges. Does anyone know of a US broker who will allow this or is receptive to clients interested in hedging strategies? Unfortunately older messages are not archived on this board and much valuable information and discussion posted here is lost. Thanks in advance, Brad
