AOL is supposedly the only company MSFT is really afraid of

Absolutely, I agree with pass pass, MSFT is in fear of AOL. They went head to head with them in the ISP space and have failed. The deal MSFT made with AOL swapping AOL using IE for AOL getting space on the first screen, largely benefited AOL. Never underestimate a company that shoots for the lowest common denominator....it worked for MSFT and it'll work for AOL, as much as I wince when I say this.
