Well, I know what Outside/Inside and so forth means, I was just considering a smoothing of existing data.

For example, I can say that roughly 50% of the time when the Dow nets Positive 3 weeks in a row the Fourth week is still positive relative to the Third.

My goal would be to see if, for example, I threw out the times that there was a Outside week then how much (if at all) would that increase the odds for a fourth consecutive positive week in a row.

That sort of thing.
