Teflon, PMS, Uncle Frank, T2000, Morgan, and others:

Here is history over the last 3 years for MSFT price behavior from
summer peak. It may or may not repeat. But it likely might.

Year July Peak Second Half Low Dec31st close
==== ========= =============== =============

1997 153 117 (-23% from july) 130 (-15% from july)

1998 120 88 (-29% from july) 139 (+15% from july)

1999 100 ??? ???

My prediction for 99 second half:

1999 100 76 (-24% from July) 100 (0% from July)

What are your feeling?

Teflon --- On the tracking stock issue would Brad Chase to be the one to discuss the spin off or would it wait for the question and answer session at the end ? Sure hope it is not the CEO Maffei that will explain that issue . If MSFT earnings are to only to grow by less than 10% next year then the stock is definitely overvalued . I know it right to be cautious with investors but you should also give realistic expectations for guidance . Otherwise why buy the stock if cannot trust what management saying ?

BEST WISHES
