No that's a monster big deal.....

Week ending July 17 was not an outside week.
Week ending July 24 missed being an Outside Week by 5 points on the high side.....and did close lower then week 17's close.
So a strong reversal but not a technically perfect Weekly Reversal.

Personally, I don't believe the scan would be that important?
