It's possible Richard Gilder has a relative(brother) named George. I think we're all losing it here. There has to be a simple explanation. I read some of your stuff. I honestly don't think you would be involved in a scam.

Then you should call Rita at Gilder Gagnon and Howe and set her straight.

What about the this assumption: NOPT and MFNX become one family.

Thread, just an observation and a suggestion/request at this point, amidst all of this chatter and noise.

There is too much discussion taking place here without any significant gain in substance, concerning this Gilder issue. And this is unfortunate, IMO, because much better use could be made of this thread, given the nature of Neon's business and the suggestion that they may be on to something "ascendent." How do you spell ascendent, by the way? with an e or an a?

George,

If you would elaborate somewhat, or give even a cursory indication without breaching confidentiality, if that is your concern, as to why you think NOPT is an ascendxnt company [indeed, what would make any fiber pulling, or even a fiber-enabled NSP company, ascendxnt at this point?], then that would go a long way in redirecting discussion here to something more fruitful. I say this knowing full well that I will be perceived as naive by some here at this point, and that's okay, too.

Regards, Frank Coluccio
