For my own part I usually set Stops JUST prior to the market re-visiting the area of a Double Top or Bottom. Or, if I am trading in the same direction then I load up as it starts to re-visit that area.

Sometimes I just SAR and look for a spike.

Really, though, another way to trade it to to watch to see how much force it hits that area with, to provide you with an idea of the market's underlying strength or lack of it.
