I wonder how many times we'll have to post this: there is no penalty for flipping if you're in the CMGI DSP. There is no sanction, penalty, waiting period, wrist-slap, or punishment.

If you're a CMGI DSP holder of ENGA, you can flip when you like without consequences from Wit Capital.

Your ignorance is showing. There is no "60 day rule" on the directed share program with CMGI. Flipping is allowed on all CMGI directed shares offerings.

Wit will not withdraw any funds from my account for capital gains because I am a US taxpayer who is not subject to prior withholding (along with 90% of all Americans).

The 1-888 number works fine as does the web site.

P.S. - Sounds like you are upset because ENGA is not at $43 any more. Don't worry. This is the normal pattern for IPOs. It will eventually recover to $43 again after a while.
