They didn't give it away. They traded some apples for some oranges. If AV proves succesful CMGI will go up and CPQ's stake in CMGI will go up. That is good for CPQ and good for us. Value is value. I don't understand why you have a problem with how they have gone about unlocking it. If they held on to it they would have had to support the infrastructure for growing it while it loses money. This way CMGI has to support it and we get the up side if it comes. What's not to like? jb
