That particular issue is like a lottery ticket.... of course CPQ has proven worse than that with a less favorable near term outlook. LOL!

Junior, it seems that some of the people on this thread must have all the facts that went into the av deal and are much more knowledgeable than cpq management was. Hell, as smart as some of the people on this thread are, and as much as they know, I don't know why they weren't picked as CEO. I am with you. If the top dogs felt making the AV deal was the thing to do then I will put my faith in that decision and them. If I had no faith in them I'd sell my shares now and move on. Let's talk about share price and the av deal on Feb 1 and see where we are and how dumb management was.
