This is what I was supposed to be afraid of? I don't even know where to begin...this is horrible for shareholders.

Still no explanation on the Fortuna de Lampa property ownership confusion, which is rather key since it is supposedly part of Alto de Lipangue and would be in involved in a JV.

Unlike Russell, Larry's not even willing to say there is an offer - any offer - on the table; "entertaining scenarios" is about as content-free as a statement can get and still use actual words. But then we already knew that, since Gordon is back in Chile drilling without JV participation. Apparently what Medinah already has - the possibility of inferred reserves - isn't enough to attract any investors, major or minor. Howe is involved in the geological work, so I guess all y'all can expect another batch of shares in the joint shell CDCH to be issued and dumped to pay for it and the road.

Still nothing from the company about how many MMining shares have been issued and how many MGold shares have been distributed to the TA/brokers. Not a thing about any "massive short" position, and most telling, not a blessed thing about having an auditor and become reporting. Tick-tock-tick-tock.

And that summary of his radio chat sure seems like a nice way to say "nothing big anytime soon." On the upside, he does write very nicely. Probably has good penmanship, too.

Regarding a request for Medinah Gold certs...This is an excerpt from an email I received from E*TRADE today: "Unfortunately, it will be four to six weeks before that Certificate will be issued to you due to the fact that this is a spin-off security and we have not received the shares from the transfer company. We are, however, taking care of this." Has anyone recently received MG certs as a dividend from street shares?
