AOL has the same revenues as E-Trade however, its market cap is about 16 times as high as E-Trade's (125Bn vs. 8Bn). Both companies are in the Internet/E-Commerce business and are growing at about the same rate. Could anybody explain the difference in valuation ? I do not get it.....
