How are conservatives overrepresented in the press if you can't define them?

Re-read the sentence you quoted from my post, Michael:

Because it is customarily trotted out, in partisan fashion, by self-described conservatives, to argue that "their" views are supposedly unrepresented in the press (even when they are actually overrepresented.

To elaborate: they describe their views as "conservative," and they claim their views are underrepresented (the word I should have used), even in such cases when their views may actually be overrepresented.

My own definition of "conservatism" -- or lack of such -- has nothing to do with it.
