When I saw the initial offering I said to myself, why 3% why not 5%? I guess that was the plan all the time. We got shafted today, no if and or butts about it. Unless I am missing something. Why not let the stock run to 180 then sell?????I think Q management under Scapazio and Thornly have become much more underhanded. I preffered the old Q that allowed stock to do whatever it did. They are activly trying to manage(manipulate) their stock. They were keeping price high, knowing they would up the offer. I also think that this offer should have been held of until November, at that point we would be going in a stronger overall market.

This past year has propelled Q management into the tall weeds with the big boys. Better polish up those MIT PhD's on the wall. Hate to second guess cause don't know the details but on the surface this surprise kinda makes one about their decision making process. All I want to know is, why six today when four would do yesterday?
