I have read that you can have two different windows open at once on two different monitors hooked up to the same computer using Windows 98, but I've never done it.

I was mildly amazed this morning, yesterday I upgraded my RealPlayer, and this morning when I logged on - about 7:30 a.m EDT - I saw they had found JFK Jr's body, and I was looking for news in depth. I clicked on CBS and it sounded just like a radio, no buffer, and there was video, too.

My older son plays a real-time role-playing game on-line, and you can see all the other people who are logged on, in character, and the scenery changes like in Doom, and the sound is real-time. And we just have a 56K connection through AOL.

Can't wait for cable internet. It's here locally, but not in my neighborhood.
