I am sorry, but I am pretty new to this thread even though I have had the Q for a few months now. I understand the dilution issue. This is true for any company that issues more stock. Why is everyone so hostile to the move? Why is it being called a bonehead move? How did they misplay this?

<<I think the point is being missed here. We all acknowledge where Q management has gotten us. Terrific. But let me say this. No matter how *brilliantly* I do my job, if I do a really boneheaded play, I get called on the carpet. That's all were talking about here.>>

Your point is understood and accepted, Morgan. The situation sucks, at least in the short term and on the surface level. My view is what's done is done. Simplistic and too casual, perhaps. ...Tim

I still wonder why the revised issue which was obviously deemed necessary by management and and will have some undetermined impact to the players on the street, if not the shareholders, wasn't mentioned by Q. Hell, a simple news release would do. "The demand for Q was so heavy we......" Or, "because recent stock price fell below expectations.....". Or whatever. That's all. Then some of us wouldn't be here speculating and saying....HUH?

And I feel nothing but contempt...no, make that amusement...for any damn flag waving, lock step marching clown who keeps insisting that I or anyone who raises a question is either a shorter or a non-beliving infidel. It's our money. I sure as hell wouldn't mind someone saying "huh?" if Q management issued a press release saying they were buying Euro Disney and taking a position in Marie Osmond collectible dolls. Of course, some of you would automatically hail the decisions as inspiration worthy of Faulkner's prose.

So here's where we are. The bottom line. Here's the damn reason for switching from 4 to 6.......

Well, I don't know for sure what the reason is. Need management PR dude to say something.

AND...it's o.k to say "Huh?"
