AND...it's o.k to say "Huh?"

You're right. It's not only ok, it's what makes a good thread. Give and take, thrust & parry, etc. May the best ideas win.

The problem I have is that you and several others are questioning management merely because they changed the number of shares in the offering without telling you why. What I question is why you believe that the change is due to incompetence. Give me one reason to agree with you.

My view, based on watching management from afar though for awhile, is that they saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. They tried to do the same when they moved up earnings report date but bad NAZ got in the way. To me there is a logical explanation for everything that happened and nowhere do I need to resort to "bonehead management" as an explanation.

I'd like you to explain why the change in shares is a problem, why it undermines management's credibility, and why it causes you to question their competence. Challenging wrongheaded opinions on this thread is a duty of all serious posters, but it is most productive when backed up with reasoning rather than just blather.

I stopped the issue a whille ago. However there is nothing worse then sheep being led to slaughter. I dont like Morgans piercing style, but I do fundimentaly agree with his points, and his right to dissent.

To Alias and ALL,

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I appreciate yours. I'm glad that not 100% are in total euphoria with everything Q's management does or any other companies management for that matter. If everyone had blinders on, then we would never see the problems until they hit us head on. I for one appreciate someone saying "Wait one minute, something's not quite kosher here" Even if we don't necessarily agree with your assessment or someone else's, it gives us pause to make sure we aren't overlooking something. But PLEASE try to have a civil conversation while we are doing it.
