I agree. With all due respect, for all businesses, customer services are extremely important. When business is booming, many people forget this and become insensitive to the needs of their customers. This is a mistake. Without the customer, there is no business.....

While "terabits per second" are transmitted through the optical pipelines of the Telecosm companies, it seems a bit ironic that it takes days and weeks for simple questions to be answered.

Perhaps Mr. Gilder does not regard his subscribers and users of his website as customers. I really don't know.
