Obviously, I wouldn't spend a lot more time on my website forum than I do writing the GTR (and I do) if I regarded the website as a trivial adjunct. Equally obvious, I would think, is the fact that I am not the person who can answer clerical and technical website questions. When I am on Silicon Investor, I do not even have a simple way to pass on these questions to the appropriate people at GTG, which runs the forum, or Forbes, which posts the letter and manages subscriptions and passwords. By the way, what is it that you think I don't get about the Internet?
