I would have announced that at the Meet the Management meeting, followed by an immediate press release. However, it is a sensible acquisition and consistant with their plans, IMHO. Well done PABN!!! PCM p.s. I'm on the road on biz, so won't be online much for several days.

Well look at this. They found a way to involve Faustino "Frank" Pugliese after all by giving him a block of stock no doubt. Looks like that shares outstanding number isn't sitting still today. Fire up them presses. Fausto's joined the clan. This story just keeps getting better and better. And what value do shareholders get for this further dilution? Training for many other brokerages? I would be fascinated to see the names of the clients and the dollar volume of revenue that he gets from these other "clients". More fascinating will be the number of shares that Faustino is getting for this sweetheart little transaction.
