Venture capitalist Grant Inman succeeded David Wilner (Chief Technical Officer) on WIND's Board of Directors as of June 24. As best I recall there was no public announcement. Any thoughts?

Here's some background on Inman from a totally unrelated press release regarding a different company earlier this year:

Grant Inman, a prominent venture capitalist in the Silicon Valley, currently heads Inman Investment Management and is a co-founder of venture capital firm Inman & Bowman. Previously, Mr. Inman was a partner at Hambrecht & Quist, WestVen Management, and Becker Technological Associates. He serves as a director for Lam Research Corporation and Paychex, Inc., as well as several privately held companies. Mr. Inman holds a M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. from University of Oregon; he is a Foundation Trustee for both universities.
