Information re: Spinoff shares.

I received the following email from my broker (Morgan Keegan):

Emil,

I spoke with our home office about the NUOA spinoff and they are telling me that since the shares of the spinoff are showing restricted the transfer agent will not allow the spinoff stocks to be placed in any account anywhere. That is about all we can do until the transfer agent releases the restriction.
