This is not a surprise. I don't think anyone really expected trading on the OTC to resume today. All they have to do is to file the financial statements with a market maker and they are back. If they fail to do that, and even if they do that, they are of course subject to shareholder lawsuits. Anyone know if they have any assets? I guess they must, with a worldwide network, equipped with gateways, routers, modems, etc., in place and operating. How much time do we think is reasonable?
