I've tried a couple of the others and like efax the best. I've received a lot of faxes via efax and it works really well. The new version of the fax viewer is an improvement.

My only complaint is that the number I was assigned is not in my area code (I don't even know where that area code is located), so people often ask me twice when I give out my fax number since the number seems odd.

Efax is advertising on the radio a lot (I've even heard Howard Stern do ads for them), and is doing banner ads on Yahoo.

To me, efax is the best, has the best name, and is probably the best-known "e-fax" company.

I think there will be a lot of consolidation here, and if someone doesn't buy efax, it could emerge as the clear leader.
