Bluegreen, as we can see Peter is well able to defend himself. However, I found his post fair and even beneficial. Bringing up what cynics might think about XOMA selling stock, because they might have seen the results, helps people understand why that is probably not correct Prior to this sale XOMA was overly coy about when they would unblind. It made no logical sense to not unblind as soon as possible. Only now do I believe they had not unblinded. With a stock sale planned then from a conservative viewpoint it makes sense to keep the trial blinded.
