Just got off the phone with Cheryl. She is in total agreement with all of us that some sort of statement, however brief, should be issued by the COMPANY (not through her via an email) explaining that at least they are working to resolve this problem. In fact, she said she had emailed that message to them on her own this morning, since when she called, neither Roger nor Jimmy was in, only secretaries.
