I want ANY news rather than silence, if SEC-approved

I agree with you but whatever Digitcom does, I want that approved by SEC. It does two things:
1) We donot have to speculate about veracity. If it's good enough for SEC, it's good enough for me.
2) Digitcom has had enough trouble with SEC. They hold all the cards and you better make them happy.

Get those lawyers, auditors in a huddle with SEC. Get it resolved and release news.

News is what I am looking for,
Partha

Howard,

I agree with most of what you say. I have been willing to give DGIV time to get their company in order but now I have become somewhat impatient. They are way way over due in providing information that would provide some sort of relief to the loyal stockholders after a SEC shutdown. As we all know, this is serious business and if they do indeed have such info, well release it, give us something. They aren't going to get any new contracts until this matter is settled. Time has run out......................IMHO
