I don't really agree. SEC-approval could take a long time. Wouldn't you like to see a simple statement saying something like this: "Mr. Jimmy Chin, CEO of Digitcom, issued a statement today saying that the company was fully cooperating with the SEC in providing the information requested of it. Mr. Chin further reiterated that he is fully confident that Digitcom will fulfill these requirements and resume trading in a reasonable time frame. He also emphasized that the normal business operations of Digitcom continue and are not affected by these events, and that he has faith that the company will succeed in meeting its stated objectives."
