By SEC approval, I meant "it is OK with SEC to release news" I donot see why SEC should object to such a statement. I know Roger personally HAS verified that statement to me. If Digitcom can talk, they should at least release that news. I guess we agree:-). Partha

Howard, IMO a news release with certain phrases and presuppositions as I read in your suggestion, could be a kiss of death. I have no patience to explain why, I have done so privately to a few people , anyway, it is just MHO. Then again, what do I know. You guys wanted the stock trading on the 22nd, there you have it. You guys wanted filing, it will shortly come (so we have been led to believe), and, in this case, I believe. So, Howard, will you sell when you reach your average buying price? ta ta
