To all On Wed the some guy from the SEC returned a call to da moosies He said technically speaking the stock could trade at 11:59 last night, however for this to happen they would have to file a form 15c2-11 which would for lack of a better word would mean that there was a MM that would vouch for the company. Anybody with Lvl 2 found an MM supporting the ticker? Can anybody check to see if a 15c2-11 has been filed? He suggested calling the OTC-BB stock something at 203-375-6909 and ask if the stock was trading or not or if there was a market maker attempting to get the stock back trading or interested in it. Anybody else wanna call? He said if the SEC found anything illegal that it would be listed on their web site under their enforcement division.
