PS secondary semi equipment makers tend to follow their big brothers, ie amat, nvls, asml, klic.... Once the big ones stablize and up, the smaller ones will follow soon. I like them better, ie cmos, cymi, cohu, elnt, klic, brks. They get better chance to double from here or if there's any pullback. Doubt the big ones will double this year. I do think most of them will take a rest here.
