How in the world can a statement saying they are working with the SEC to answer their questions possibly be a problem, unless they are not doing that? And why do you keep asking me if I sould sell at my average purchase price? I sure hope I would, is that a problem? Would you consider that "unloyal?" at this stage of our adventure? Surely not. I might even use the money to invest in companies with IP networks installed. Or companies that make routers that are installed in such networks. Or companies that make gateways that are used in such networks. Is that loyalty or what? :)
