Heinz, John P., Luc, MM et al. --

Remember that tomorrow (Friday in Japan) is the final hearing of Credit Suisse First Boston before the Japanese FSA. I have continued to touch base with different players in the industry, and if CSFB has their license revoked then chaos will reign over there, with every major Western financial institution pulling out of Japan. With the obvious consequences.

I am a bear like most here, but I for one really hope the Japanese aren't that stupid. If they are, we are truly fucked and headed into the abyss. And profits on some puts and the glee in seeing jackasses like Paul Engel on the Intel thread and our new buddy PaperChase lose their asses will NOT make up for the resulting world economy. <nfg>

Hell, I guess I need to join Luc for some drinks <g>

Heinz , thanks for that elaboration on Don's System, I believe he has been refining his price parameters this year, in terms of the magnitude of a move that occurs when one of his class signals is activated.

When are they going to have him on cnbc???
