[It is cheaper today to build a business from scratch than buying it for cash in the stock market.]

Irrelevant! You build your own tech business, Haim. Will it be as profitable or as successful as Sun, Texas Instruments, EMC, AMAT or AOL?

Unlikely. I think the reason that prices for small cap stocks have languished over the past few years is because investors discovered that they could not count on performance. (I understand some small caps do these days.).

A friend once told me that only 1 out of 5 new business ventures make it. I don't know if she was correct.

But I would rather put my money with reputable management in an established company, especially when management believes that their future looks good.

By the way, don't worry about China & Taiwan ~ NOW. They rattle their sabers at one another. It's called, 'political posturing'! Nothing on the news about China & Taiwan's problems.

Greenspan postured his market politics today, however.

Best wishes,
