Ken,

When did Discover let you know that you would receive your ARBA shares and that ASKJ would be unavailable? Did Discover automatically purchase those shares for you after you qualified?

If you get an allocation (of shares) you will receive an e-mail after the IPO has been priced notifying you of the price and that the shares will be reflected in your account shortly.

I notice that my offerings page shows an "open" order for the upcoming Chemdex and Drugstore.com offerings (both the week of July 26) and wonder what I do from here.

The "open" status means that if you get an allocation, Discover will treat your GEI as an "open order" and fill it. If you do not wish to participate you must "cancel" before the IPO is priced.

If you have further questions or this is not clear, I would contact Discover and get clear answers. Better safe than sorry.

Regards,

Jim
