have you any idea how that can involve the Datek of '99. I mean, does that history have any consequences for today and the (near) future? As I see, SOES is no longer an issue, that window has been closed.

Viewing the other side of the food chain, can it be that it is an "assault" (your quote), not in public interest, but for the service of a few big market participants and Datek opponents who don't like to see Datek growing that fast and eating into their share of the pie?

Oh well, the cited incidents are some time back. Who bothers what a Sheldon Maschler did some years ago, in a enviromnent which has become obsolete today?

The smear campaign continues... it's too obvious how biased the NY Times has been toward Datek. This is all a rehash of OLD NEWS!

I got a note from myTrack tonight saying they are adding orders to Island after-hours and expect many other brokers to be offering after hours trading to their retail customers on Island.

The retail investor after-hours trading Datek just initiated would trigger the New York Time onslaught!
