I agree with you. I am amazed to hear that your emails are not answered. I will inquire. Did you send them to gtg@gildertech.com?
If they came to me, I'm afraid I get hundreds and am on the road half the time and have to keep up with the industry and often let them slip. That too, has to be fixed.
