I actually see that battery problems as a positive in a strange way. I am very worried about the market in general heading into the Fall but the old testing schedule meant that one would have to be in WHT probably by the middle of September to take advantage of any speculative rally. IMO...this delay means that taking a position in WHT may be delayed until the end of the year or January. I think that WHT is one of the best opportunities in the market but this delay and probable y2k related market jitters will probably result in further weakening of the stock price over the next few months.
