Well, I guess the SEC and the NQD and the NASB aren't in touch with each other at all. They assured us that DGIV wasn't pink sheeted. Well, now it is a fact. Seems that a new bunch of vultures are now picking away at the last bits of life of this "security" HA!! I thought that we were assured that there was no way we'd see the pink sheets until November baring compliance with the SEC standards. Looks like they didn't like what they saw sooner than later and decided that they wanted to be rid of DGIV. Why else can you explain away being shove off to the Pink sheets so quickly. Why else can you explain the sudden incommunicato of Roger and Jimmy. It has become very apparent to me that they don't care about their investors as they say or they'd have done anything at this point to save face. Right now, I am sure they are the laughing stock of VoIP. FCM, IPVC, and others are probably laughing their asses off right now. If Digitcom isn't a scam, it is a complete and utter flop as far as the financials and SEC relations go (we don't have a clue if any of those MOU's or "contracts signed" are bogus or not) no matter what the "visionary" Jimmy Chin is made out to be. Sorry for such a scathing post Roger. You've always been very nice to me but now NICE isn't cutting it. You folks gotta come clean some how some way if you have an inkling of resurfacing from these depths -. I have a new name for you if you can do this - Phoenix Interactive VoIP. I could go on and on - pissed? You bet!! But, I'm over the barrel and no where to go except to take whatever is coming. I don't like what I am seeing. Zack
