Zeev, I don't have it in front of me. I think the preferreds are broken down and accounted for in more than one place. A friend had noted to me that there is a separate accounting for a 'beneficial conversion' component.

PS why ascribe the term 'fishy' to something when you simply haven't gotten your hands around it yet? Don't get ahead of yourself! ;-)
