Herm, Pay attention to biotechs so I thought I'd throw out some examples. These don't quite match SNRS, but, DEPO SCIO ZONA Are pretty close, See what they all have in common. As a result, I strongly caution spec plays on biotechs going before a panel meeting. Even more so than earnings. You gotta have protective puts on those. FWIW, If they get approved you usually have plenty of time to get on board before the train really leaves the station. Witness IDPH, AGPH. Just my thoughts, V

There may be some type of rebound from this seriously hammered stock as well. - Herm Be careful with this one - First, the daytraders are all over it. Second, Bloomberg had people on today saying that the possibility of them getting the FDA to reverse their position was about zero and that without the income from the laser they were out of money and may go under. Also, it seems this is the second laser deal that the FDA killed on them. jb

Just to clarify, SNRS high for the year was 20 3/8, it closed at $15 the day before the FDA and so dropped 11ish points- I know S.I. showed the price being $30 something....that was incorrect! Also, someone mentioned this was FDA second rejection of a SNRS laser...Wrong! the LTK was/is their only laser. Lastly, fwiw, anyone who shorted now would be an idiot. I know professional shorters holding Large short positions from $15-$19 and "any" good news could pop the stock.... .......just my .02 cents. Skane
