Craig - I do not know your affiliation or experience level with the military, but I have been in for quite a while and I am familiar with communications devices and how the mil. supply/aquisition processes work (or don't work). It would be a lot further down the road than your 2002 prediction. There are also encryption issues and portable hardware issues. I would not get my hopes up on ACTV's tech. integration into the military as far as a tactical means of communicating/Xferring data. Interesting thought though. JMO tom
