#1. Mr. Orr is from Alcatel- North American operations.

#2. BBTK gave up on the FTTC platform few years back and
started working on new product(s) with "existing" markets.
According to the past BBTK press-releases the new products
should be released in Q4-99 or early 2000...BBTK has about
80M in cash to fund these new projects.

#3. BBTK has huge debt making it an expensive takeover
candidate.

2000 will be THE make or break year for BBTK.
