Alien, the SEC problem was a non-issue. It was simply a matter of an accounting convention -- whether you take the acquisition costs as a one-time expense or amortize it over a number of years. It would not have affected cash flow at all. The real issue was the fact that sales dried up, and that Larson repeatedly lied. And all of the digging in the world wouldn't have unearthed this disaster because it was a loss of customers that triggered the debacle, and we investors were not warned in advance by the company.
