Whatever the case, news is coming shortly and I will be accumulating as much STRU as I can and as soon as I can, there are to many people that are waiting for contract news and when it comes STRU will EXPLODE. I can see 10 to 20 times return on my money from these levels. News next week or no news for a month, any dips I buy. I believe there will be no holding STRU down, there are just to many groups that are going to recommend this Gem when the time is near and that time is just about here. You do as you like I'm buying more. Take care KC

depends.. I've seen plenty of companies do the opposite..give the illusion that it's going to take time and then post the news and the contract early to surprise everyone (gives them the illusion that they completed it ahead of schedule) businesses do it all the time... underpromise.. OVERDELIVER! jim

SK, The analyst group put this out last month? analystgroup.com When contract news comes for STRU, the shorts are going to have to cover, looks like possible covering today, Its hard to believe someone would put $195,000 into a penny stock, I'm thinking that this 1,000,000 buy at the ask was short covering by MM's, please correct me if I'm wrong. Type STRU in box to the upper left of site host.cnbc.com Any opinions?
