Guess what? I don't like the SEC jerking my very hard earned money around. You are blaming the wrong people Miles. Ask yourself the following, 1 Who was responsible for keeping the filings up to date? 2 Who was responsible for the May 22 press release? Maybe running it by the SEC first would have eliminated the problem. No Canadian exchange would have allowed that release to be made public The buck always stops at the top, Mr Terry Turner is the man you should be blaming.
