Shane, the fact that the majority of analyst had not taken into account the Smart Technology acquisition leads to these sudden drop offs. You will not get stock is not overprice arguements from me. It is, just like many of the companies that dominant a market sector
(CSCO, MSFT). Unlike many of the .coms (AMZN, TSCM to name a few)
I see where ITWO can help an enterprise a great deal, oh yes they have earnings to boot.

Not withstanding ORCL's *one day* SCM solution, the partnership was responsible for aprox 10% of ITWO's revenues and this was seen as a negative, should the current tea leaves be true.

I was happy to hear Itwo has a footprint in several GM facilities!
This verticle has awesome potential and will be hotly contested.
One analyst questioned why there was so much growth in the old tech auto industry relative to the high tech??? Where do they get these people from?

When growth is constrained due to the lack of feet on the street, opportunities slip by. ITWO's transition to a more web-centric focus may catch the company flatfooted if not executed well. Your bringing in seasoned management Pt. is significant.

P.S. I had a busy week also, during earnings season seems to make it more so just trying to catch up.
