Hi Paul, I checked (via long distance from FL with my brother-in-law's firm in San Diego) and they indicated DGIV is trading under Pink Sheet guidelines and must be traded through a live broker who has to contact the market maker via telephone to submit orders and obtain confirmations which are not as fast as electronic trading or via a regular exchange issue. I am in the Fort Lauderdale area staying with a friend I met at Club Med and her family. Leaving for St. Thomas and St. Lucia Sunday. Hope all is well...... Jane in FL, not Kansas
