Jay, I don't think we can compare DGIV and MTEI. MTEI was a scam from the start. Jack had no intentions of running a clean shop. Whereas DGIV and Jimmy is a true business operation with revenues and even a past SEC submission. DGIV has been in business over ten years with a product called resound (Voice Mail) and with actual revenues. So even know they are acting the same way I would not relate them together in a phrase of a SCAM It is unfortunate that DGIV has taken this path and can only hope they recover.

It is a terrible thing that Digitcom has done to it's faithful followers. I can only chalk this one up to experience and say it has been a learning lesson to trust no one and don't fall in love with a stock! This also shows that Jimmy and Roger have no idea on running a public company and have gotten themselves in a mess and unfortunately us to.

I have since learned to take my profits when I have them and move on. I am recovering but at a slow pace.
Still holding DGIV on hopes of recovery.

Regards,
Mark

Jay, Start making comments about things you are sure of. DGIV and MTEI in the same sentence? Try again.
SEC pathetic? Hmmm. No, I think not. They are there to protect the interests of investors. Could you imagine a market where they did not exist? The only thing that is pathetic is your empty comments.
I imagine Digitcom has violated some code of ethics with the SEC. I personally am hopeful That Chin and the company is vindicated of any allegations against them but in no circumstances am I personally going to believe that Digitcom is a scam. I have done more homework on this company than all the companies that I have ever invested in.
If we fall short of success it is not going to be do to a scam.

May all longs be rewarded with buckets of Franklins.
