Yes, that cannot be coincidences:

-Norris answering UAI questions, being at the USIS helm

-Leach as "adviser" of USIS

-USIS, also a shell (after the divestment of its other business) renamed to be "InterStar"...

Note that IFHC never was traded for millions, why? IFHC has been acquired first by Caldera, for 19.777M shares at a time when Caldera shares were "cheap", unquoted - and hit the BB market later, when used for the UNSF acquisition for only 20% of the total shares. Now I've got the mechanics.

N, does the Amex report frequently on halted companies? I have not checked into Carnegie, CGY recently, but they are halted with a T1 reasoning for months(!).
